The primary focus of UNICEF Serbia Private Sector Plan for 2019 and 2020 is to secure increased and sustainable income for the Country Programme and to contribute to global funding. The office plans to conduct direct mail appeals in November 2019 to recruit regular monthly donors and to mobilize business sector to contribute fundraising for the pre-school education programme. Direct marketing to 15,000 businesses and 140.000 individuals requires additional administrative support that will secure data entry of the donor’s names, contacts and gift value. The data is necessary for further stewardship programme, upgrade to pledge and reporting.
Duration of the assignment: 3.5 months (November 2019 – February 2020)
Task description:
Perform data entry in Excel files (donor’s names, addresses, phone number and the value of donation).
Check the accuracy (in white pages) of data for the returned direct mail package that was sent to the donors and update the data in donors’ files, including phone number.
Deliverables:
Monthly reports to include the following data:
# of donors entered into the database,
# of names checked in white pages.
