TMG plans to bid for a gender assessment in with USAID/Kosovo. The purpose of this assessment is to determine the nature of masculinity in Kosovo and how it affects the development of gender roles, responsibilities and norms. The outcomes of the assessment will help inform USAID programming, as well as potentially shape future programming in the area of Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) by identifying how gender roles and masculinity influence radicalization. The period of performance for this contract is two months
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 (five) years experience in power gender relations and radicalization
· Strong evaluation expertise
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, as well as exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
