Haiti: Program Director

Konbit Sante Program Director: Konbit Sante is a non-profit organization partnering with both public and private health facilities in the Greater Cap-Haitien area of northern Haiti, with the goal of helping them strengthen and improve their systems and services to better serve the community. We are seeking a Program Director for our Cap-Haitien office. The successful candidate will be a key part of Konbit Sante’s management team, providing day-to-day oversight, monitoring, and leadership of our program work, as well as contributing to the longer-term development and implementation of program strategy. The Program Director will be involved in applying for and managing grants. Position requires excellent communication skills, ability to work with diverse groups and a strong mission orientation. Preferred qualifications include: MPH or clinical degree, international experience working with strengthening health systems and improving health services. Language: French and English required; Creole highly desirable.
