Children’s Nutrition Program of Haiti/Kore Timoun aims to improve health and wellness of children under five through community based prevention and management of malnutrition in Léogâne, Haïti. Our programs promote nutrition in both rural and urban communities through education, maternal child health, community empowerment, and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH).
The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Fellow works with a strong team of Haitian and expat staff to help fulfill the vision, mission, and activities of the Children’s Nutrition Program of Haiti (CNP)/Kore Timoun. S/he is primarily responsible, with support and supervision from the Executive Director, for ensuring that the objectives and responsibilities outlined below are accomplished and meet the highest professional and ethical standards.
The M&E Fellowship supports our programs by measuring the impact of interventions, assessing community participation, and improving implementation through lessons learned. The M&E Fellow works closely with the Country Director and Data Assistant to ensure outcomes of community programs are systematically evaluated.
The M&E Fellow is based in Léogâne, Haiti, and reports to the Executive Director. This position will require a minimum of 40 hours a week Monday through Friday with occasional weekends. Office hours for fellows are between 8:00am and 4:30pm, with flexible hours in the field.

Core Objectives & Responsibilities
· Program Monitoring & Evaluation: Track monthly program activities and outcomes including monitrice home visiting and growth monitoring, PTA clinic and Nutrition Stabilization Unit (USN) admissions and outcomes, WASH projects, and more.
· Capacity Building: Assess individual monitrice performance and provide recommendations for improving reporting and follow up. Assist program managers with capacity building training utilizing relevant data.
· Database Management: Oversee routine data collection and quality control of data entry into Access database.
· Reporting: Compile monthly and annual reports to the Ministry of Health and donors.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Previous experience in program evaluation, study design, or database management. Master’s in public health, epidemiology, or statistics desired. Proficient in French and/or Creole strongly preferred.
Length of Commitment: 12 months
